Our Story

We've been a part of the rising beer scene for a couple of years now, and we're proud to offer the highest quality brews around.

What sets us apart from the rest? Well, for starters, we're not just brewing beer for the sake of it. We're two good friends and former teachers from a local high school who turned our passion for home brewing into a full-fledged brewery. We put our hearts and souls into every batch we make, using only the best brewing techniques and paying close attention to every detail.

When you step into our taproom, you're in the heart of a real working brewery. You'll be in close proximity to the equipment we use to make our brews. It's an experience unlike any other.

As a farm brewery, we take pride in sourcing many of our ingredients from NYS suppliers and growers. We believe this sets us apart from other companies in a positive way, and it also means we're able to offer a wide range of NYS products, including cider and wine and liquor.
